Mounted into the edge of the door, its spring-loaded roller engages a matching strike plate, allowing the door to be pushed open or pulled closed with minimal effort. This makes it a practical choice for closet doors, utility rooms, and openings where a full lockset isn't required. Built with durable construction and adjustable tension, the RL32 delivers consistent performance and clean operation in a wide range of commercial and institutional settings.

Features

Spring-loaded roller design holds doors closed without a traditional latch bolt.

Adjustable tension allows the holding force to be tuned to the application.

Mortise installation into the door edge provides a concealed, clean appearance.

Supplied with a matching strike plate for consistent engagement.

Durable construction suited for everyday commercial use.

Functional Details

The roller latch works by pressing a spring-tensioned roller against a strike plate.
