Designed for doors measuring 43 to 48 inches wide, it combines the reliability of a Grade 1 panic exit device with electric latch retraction for integration with access control systems. The fail secure configuration keeps the outside lever locked when power is removed, ensuring security during power loss while always permitting free egress from the inside. The ETB lever trim provides keyed outside access, and the less-dogging design maintains fire-rated compliance. This device is a dependable choice for commercial and institutional entrances requiring both life safety and controlled entry.

Features

Electric latch retraction (EL) allows the latch to be retracted remotely for momentary or sustained access control.

Fire-rated rim design meets code requirements for labeled door assemblies.

Fail secure operation locks the outside lever when power is interrupted.

Sized for wide doors spanning 43 to 48 inches.

ETB lever trim offers a comfortable, ADA-compliant gripping surface.

Less-dogging construction preserves fire-rating integrity.

Operates on 24V for consistent, efficient electric latch retraction.

Furnished without a cylinder to accommodate specific keying requirements.

Functional Details

This device uses electric latch retraction to remotely withdraw the latch bolt, allowing doors to be released for authorized entry through an access control system while always maintaining free egress.
