Featuring 12V electric latch retraction, this device operates in a fail secure configuration, meaning the outside lever stays locked when power is removed—ideal for securing entrances during power loss. Designed for doors ranging from 43 to 48 inches wide, it ships less cylinder and less dogging to meet fire-rated code requirements. The G (ETJ) lever trim offers comfortable, ADA-friendly operation, while the robust Grade 1 construction ensures dependable performance in high-traffic commercial and institutional applications.

Features

Electric latch retraction allows remote unlatching for access control integration.

Fail secure operation keeps the outside lever locked when power is interrupted.

Fire-rated construction suitable for labeled fire door assemblies.

Sized for doors measuring 43 to 48 inches in width.

Supplied less cylinder for field cylinder selection.

Less dogging to comply with fire-rated door requirements.

G-ETJ lever trim provides smooth, ergonomic egress and entry.

Operates on 12V DC power for compatibility with common access systems.

Functional Details

This device uses electric latch retraction to withdraw the latch electronically, permitting controlled access from the exit side while maintaining free egress at all times.
