Built with electric latch retraction (ELR), it allows the latch to be retracted remotely for smooth access management, while the fail secure design keeps the outside lever locked when power is lost. This model fits doors measuring 43 to 48 inches wide, ships without a cylinder, and comes less dogging to maintain fire rating integrity. Operating on 12V, it pairs reliable Grade 1 performance with free egress at all times, making it a dependable choice for schools, healthcare facilities, and office buildings.

Features

Electric latch retraction allows remote unlocking and momentary or sustained latch control.

Fail secure operation locks the outside lever when power is removed for added security.

Fire rated construction suitable for labeled door and frame assemblies.

Sized for wide openings ranging from 43 to 48 inches.

Supplied less cylinder, allowing you to match your facility's keying system.

Less dogging to preserve the fire rating of the opening.

Free egress at all times by simply pressing the push rail.

Functional Details

As an electrified fail secure device with electric latch retraction, the outside lever remains locked when power is interrupted, and the latch can be electrically retracted to permit free passage when energized.
