Designed to fit doors from 37 to 42 inches wide, it combines electric latch retraction (ELR) with a fail secure lever trim, so the outside lever stays locked when power is lost. The J (ETJ) lever design and 24V operation make it a dependable choice for integration with card readers, keypads, and building automation systems. Supplied less dogging to meet fire-rated requirements and without a cylinder, this device offers reliable panic egress and controlled entry for schools, healthcare facilities, and institutional buildings.

Features

Fire rated rim exit device suitable for labeled door openings.

Electric latch retraction allows remote unlatching for access control and momentary free entry.

Fail secure electrified trim keeps the outside lever locked when power is removed.

Sized for doors measuring 37 to 42 inches in width.

Supplied without a cylinder, allowing you to specify your preferred keying.

Less dogging design maintains fire-rated integrity.

24V operation for compatibility with low-voltage access control systems.

J (ETJ) lever trim offers a clean, durable grip for everyday use.

Functional Details

This device uses electric latch retraction to pull the latch in when energized, permitting access without operating the exit bar.
