Built around Sargent's proven 80 Series platform, it combines reliable panic exit performance with electrified access control through a fail safe design. When power is removed, the outside ETP lever unlocks to allow entry, making it a practical choice for openings that must release during a power loss. Free egress is always maintained from the inside, and the fire rated construction supports code-compliant installations. With the ET trim and 12V operation, this device integrates cleanly into access control and monitoring systems.

Features

Electrified rim exit device designed for 43 to 48 inch door widths.

Fail safe operation unlocks the outside lever when power is removed.

Fire rated construction suitable for labeled door assemblies.

Less dogging feature keeps the device latched as required for fire doors.

Equipped with the ET pull trim for exterior access.

Operates on 12V for straightforward integration with access control.

Continuous free egress from the interior at all times.

Functional Details

In a fail safe configuration, the exit device holds the outside lever locked while energized and releases it to the unlocked state when power is interrupted.
