Designed with fail safe operation, the device unlocks the outside lever when power is removed, making it a reliable choice for access control applications that require secure egress during a power loss. It pairs the dependable 80 Series rim exit chassis with the ETB escutcheon trim and a J-style lever, operating on 12V DC. As a fire rated device, it comes less dogging to meet life-safety code requirements.
