Engineered as a fail secure unit, it keeps the ETP lever trim locked when power is removed, maintaining door security during a power loss while always allowing free egress from the inside. Designed to fit doors between 37 and 42 inches wide, this device ships less cylinder and less mechanical dogging, which is standard for fire-rated applications. With durable construction and a 12V electrical operation, it suits access-controlled entries in schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and other commercial settings requiring Grade 1 reliability.

Features

Electrified rim exit device with 12V operation for integration with access control systems.

Fail secure function keeps the exterior lever locked when power is off, preserving security.

Fire-rated construction suitable for labeled door and frame assemblies.

Sized for doors ranging from 37 to 42 inches in width.

ETP lever trim provides controlled entry from the outside.

Supplied less cylinder, allowing you to specify your preferred keying.

Less dogging, as required for fire-rated exit hardware.

Free egress at all times by simply pushing the exit device from the inside.

Functional Details

As a fail secure (24) device, the outside lever remains locked when power is removed, so the opening stays secure during a power interruption.
