Sargent 8763-G-PTB-84-US32D Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device 84" Height, Key Locks Or Unlocks Thumb Piece Satin Stainless Steel For 43-48" Door Widths. The 8763 Is Ideal For Use In Institutional Facilities.
The 8763 Is a Commercial Grade One Surface Vertical Rod Panic Device, Two-point latching (top & bottom with adjustability through the center case) Standard bottom latch compatible with latch track thresholds (by others) Single and double door applications. Devices are ANSI A156.3 - Grade 1, Hex key dogging standard on non-fired rated devices.
