Engineered with electric latch retraction (ELR), it allows the latch to be withdrawn electrically for controlled access and remote operation, making it ideal for access control integration. Configured for night latch (NL) function with the ETP trim, the exterior lever retracts the latch only when a key is used. Supplied less cylinder for use with your preferred cylinder, this Grade 1 device carries UL fire listing and requires no mechanical dogging, keeping the latch secure on fire-rated applications.

Features

Electric latch retraction (ELR) for remote and access-control operation of the exit device.

Fire-rated construction suitable for labeled door openings.

Night latch (NL) function with the ETP trim for key-controlled exterior access.

Sized for doors 33 to 36 inches in width.

Supplied less cylinder, allowing you to install your own mortise cylinder.

No mechanical dogging, maintaining positive latching on fire openings.

Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for high-traffic commercial environments.

Functional Details

This device uses electric latch retraction to pull the latch bolt back electrically, holding it retracted so the door can be pushed or pulled freely until power is removed.
