Configured with the storeroom function and the G (ETJ) trim design, it allows authorized entry when a key is turned to momentarily unlock the exterior trim, which automatically relocks once the key is removed. This device ships less cylinder, letting you specify your preferred mortise cylinder to match an existing keying system. As a fire rated unit, it comes without mechanical dogging to maintain positive latching required for fire-rated door assemblies. Dependable, code-compliant, and heavy-duty, it's a trusted choice for commercial security.

Features

Fire rated rim exit device suitable for labeled fire door assemblies.

Storeroom function: key unlocks the exterior trim and the trim relocks automatically when the key is removed.

Sized for door widths ranging from 43 to 48 inches.

Ships less cylinder, allowing field selection of a compatible mortise cylinder.

Less dogging to preserve positive latching on fire-rated openings.

G design (ETJ) escutcheon trim for durable, secure keyed access.

Grade 1 construction for high-frequency commercial use.

Functional Details

The 06 storeroom function provides controlled entry from the exterior while maintaining secured egress through the push bar.
