It pairs the dependable 8900 Series mortise lock case with 12V electrified trim operating in a fail safe configuration, so the outside lever unlocks when power is removed to support controlled access and egress strategies. The device ships less cylinder, allowing you to match your facility's keying system, and features the ET-style trim with an L lever for comfortable operation. As a fire rated unit, it comes less dogging to maintain positive latching required on labeled door assemblies.

Features

Grade 1 rated mortise exit device engineered for demanding commercial and institutional use.

Fire rated construction that keeps the latch engaged on labeled openings for code compliance.

Sized to fit doors measuring 43 to 48 inches in width.

Electrified ET trim with L lever design for smooth, accessible operation.

Supplied less cylinder so the device can be keyed to an existing system.

Less dogging as required for fire rated applications.

Functional Details

This 12V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail safe mode.
