This electrified version operates on 24V DC in a fail secure configuration, meaning the outside trim remains locked during a power loss while free egress is always maintained from the push side. It features the ET trim design with the J lever, providing a comfortable, ADA-compliant grip for everyday use. Supplied less cylinder and less dogging, it allows installers to match an existing keying system while meeting strict fire door code requirements. Built for durability, it delivers reliable access control in schools, hospitals, and institutional settings.

Features

Grade 1 mortise exit device rated for fire door applications requiring positive latching.

Electrified fail secure trim operates on 24V DC for integration with access control systems.

Fits door widths from 43 to 48 inches for wider openings.

ET trim with J lever offers a clean, ergonomic design.

Supplied less cylinder to accommodate your preferred keying.

Less dogging, as required for fire-rated installations.

Functional Details

This 24V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail secure mode.
