This device pairs a durable mortise lock mechanism with a 24V fail secure electrified trim, so the outside ET lever remains locked until power is applied, giving facilities reliable access control for stairwells, corridors, and other code-regulated openings. The G-ETP configuration features the ET control trim with the P lever design, and the unit ships less cylinder for flexible keying. Built to UL fire rating standards, it delivers dependable egress while maintaining the integrity of a fire-rated assembly.

Features

Fire rated mortise exit device suitable for labeled door and frame assemblies.

24V fail secure electrified trim for controlled access with secure lockdown during power loss.

Sized for doors measuring 43 to 48 inches in width.

ET control trim with the P lever style for comfortable operation.

Grade 1 rated construction for demanding commercial and institutional environments.

Supplied less cylinder, allowing you to match your facility's keying system.

Less dogging, as required for fire rated applications.

Functional Details

This 24V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail secure mode.
