It combines dependable panic hardware performance with 12V electrified trim operating in a fail secure function, meaning the outside lever stays locked during a power loss to maintain security. Configured with the ET electrified trim and the J (L lever) design, this device supplies controlled egress while supporting access control integration. Supplied less cylinder and less dogging, it pairs mechanical reliability with the fire-rated construction required for exit openings. It's a solid choice for schools, offices, and institutional buildings.

Features

Grade 1 certified for heavy-duty commercial and institutional use.

Fire rated mortise exit device suitable for labeled fire door assemblies.

Electrified trim operates on 12V in a fail secure configuration for maintained security during power loss.

Sized for doors 37 to 42 inches wide.

Supplied less cylinder to accommodate your preferred keying system.

Less dogging, as required for fire rated applications.

ET control with L lever (J) trim design for comfortable operation.

Functional Details

This 12V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail secure mode.
