Configured in a storeroom function with the ETJ lever trim, it provides secure, code-compliant egress while keeping the outside lever locked until released by key. This unit ships less cylinder and less bottom rod (LBR), making it ideal for applications where floor clearance, debris, or heavy traffic make a bottom rod impractical. Featuring no dogging and a thermal pin for positive fire protection, it delivers dependable performance in schools, healthcare facilities, and institutional buildings where life safety and durability are essential.

Features

Fire-rated surface vertical rod exit device suited for life-safety and egress applications.

Storeroom function keeps the outside lever locked until released by key.

ETJ lever trim provides a comfortable, ADA-friendly operation.

Designed for doors 33 to 36 inches wide and up to 96 inches in height.

Less bottom rod (LBR) configuration improves floor clearance and reduces maintenance.

Less cylinder, allowing use with your preferred keying system.

No mechanical dogging, as required for fire-rated openings.

Thermal pin ensures positive latching under fire conditions.

Functional Details

The storeroom function provides consistent security by keeping the outside lever locked at all times, with entry granted only by key.
