Designed for door widths between 43 and 48 inches, this device pairs a durable rim mechanism with the ETJ (J) lever trim for a storeroom function, where a key unlocks the outside trim for passage and the trim automatically relocks once the key is removed. Shipped less cylinder, it lets you specify your preferred mortise cylinder to match an existing keying system. Hex key dogging allows the latch to be held retracted for push/pull operation during peak periods, making it a dependable choice for schools, offices, and institutional facilities.

Features

Grade 1 rim exit device engineered for demanding commercial and institutional applications.

Sized for wide openings covering 43" to 48" door widths.

Storeroom function provides secure, controlled access through keyed outside trim.

Supplied less cylinder so you can match your facility's keying standard.

Hex key dogging holds the pushbar depressed for free passage when needed.

ETJ (J) lever design delivers a clean, ergonomic trim profile.

Functional Details

In the storeroom (08) function, the outside lever is always locked and does not retract the latch.
