Configured for fail secure operation at 12V, this device keeps the exterior trim locked when power is applied and releases on signal, making it ideal for secured entries where controlled access is critical. It fits doors 37" to 42" wide and ships less cylinder, giving you the flexibility to pair it with your preferred keying system. The ETJ electrified trim with the J lever design delivers a clean, durable profile, while hex key dogging allows the latch to be held retracted for push-pull convenience during business hours.

Features

Electrified mortise exit device built to ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards for heavy commercial use.

12V fail secure function locks the outside trim when powered and unlocks on command.

Sized for doors measuring 37" to 42" in width.

ETJ electrified trim with the J lever design for a comfortable, grip.

Supplied less cylinder to accommodate your existing or specified keying system.

Hex key dogging allows the latch to be retracted and held for free passage.

Mortise lock case provides strong, secure latching for added door integrity.

Functional Details

This 12V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail secure mode.
