Designed in the storeroom (ETJ) function, it pairs a push-rail exit mechanism with an always-locked trim that releases only by key, making it ideal for storerooms, utility areas, and controlled-access doors. This configuration is built for doors measuring 33 to 36 inches wide and up to 96 inches tall, and ships less bottom rod for cleaner floor clearance and easier maintenance. The hex key dogging feature allows the latch to be held retracted for push/pull operation during high-traffic periods. Supplied less cylinder to accommodate your preferred keying system.

Features

Surface vertical rod exit device providing reliable top-latch security with a less bottom rod design for improved floor clearance.

Storeroom function (ETJ) keeps the outside trim locked at all times, with key access that does not unlock the device.

Hex key dogging allows the latch bolt to be held retracted for quiet push/pull operation.

Sized for 33 to 36 inch wide and 96 inch tall doors.

Ships less cylinder so it can be fitted to an existing or new keying program.

Heavy-duty construction suited for high-use commercial and institutional environments.

Functional Details

The storeroom function keeps the door securely latched from the exterior while always permitting free egress from the interior through the push rail.
