Designed for doors measuring 37 to 42 inches wide and up to 84 inches in height, this device pairs ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance with the convenience of ET control and the J lever trim. Its passage function allows free entry and exit at all times, making it ideal for high-traffic corridors and non-locking applications. The less bottom rod (LBR) configuration keeps the floor area clear, reducing maintenance and contamination from debris, while hex key dogging holds the pushbar retracted for continuous push/pull access.

Features

Surface vertical rod exit device engineered for Grade 1 commercial durability.

Passage function provides free, unlocked operation from both sides of the opening.

ET control with the J lever offers a clean, ergonomic trim design.

Sized for doors 37 to 42 inches wide and 84 inches in height.

Less bottom rod (LBR) design eliminates the lower latching mechanism for a cleaner floor line and easier upkeep.

Hex key dogging secures the pushbar in the retracted position for push/pull access.

Functional Details

The passage function (NB prefix) keeps the exit device unlocked at all times, allowing the door to be opened freely from either side without a key or credential.
