The Accentra (Yale) B-AU-5404LN-626-LC is a Grade 1 cylindrical lock built for high-traffic commercial openings where durability and security matter. Functional Details

The entry (office) function provides key-controlled access from the exterior while permitting unrestricted exit from the interior. The outside lever can be locked or unlocked with the key, and turning the inside lever always retracts the latch for safe egress.
