Accentra (Formerly Yale) presents the MO5491LN-REX-24V-626, a Fail Secure Electrified Cylindrical Lever Lock. This lock is designed with the Monroe Lever and features a 2 3/4 backset, ASA 4 7/8 strike, and is Grade 1 certified. It is non-handed and finished in US26D-626 Satin Chrome.

Request to Exit (REX) Operating inside lever handle triggers REX switch which can be used to shunt an alarm, monitor egress or release a magnetic lock, etc.

• Power on unlocks the outside lever.
  
• The inside lever is always active.
  
• The latchbolt is retracted by the key when the power is off.
  
• Free Wheeling lever when power is off (locked).
