The Corbin Russwin CLX33905-PZD-626-M08 is a Grade 1 electrified cylindrical lever lock designed for high-security commercial applications requiring fail-secure functionality. Featuring the elegant Princeton lever and a durable Satin Chrome (626/US26D) finish, this heavy-duty lockset remains locked on the outside during power failures while ensuring free egress from the interior. Engineered with EcoFlex technology, it offers ultra-low power consumption and features ElectroLynx® 8-pin connectors for simplified, "plug-and-play" integration into electronic access control systems. This SFIC prep (less core) model is an ideal solution for retrofitting or new construction in facilities that demand ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 reliability and seamless 12/24VDC operation.
Function: Fail Secure - The Fail Secure function ensures the outside lever remains locked when power is removed, maintaining building security during a power outage or system failure. When power is applied, the outside lever unlocks for entry, while the inside lever always allows for free egress at all times.
