Functional Details

As an exit-only rim device, the 1790-EO operates by depressing the push rail to retract the latchbolt and release the door. With no outside trim, the door remains secured from the exterior while allowing free egress from the inside. Hex key dogging mechanically holds the latch retracted to permit unlocked push/pull operation when needed.
