The COMPACT Series features a unique modular design that makes it both simple and cost-effective. At its core are a motor gearbox assembly, a 4040XP mechanical closer, and wireless or hardwired actuators. For retrofit applications, the existing 4040XP closer can be reused, while for new installations, the system provides a clean, integrated solution for doors already prepped for the 4040xp templated holes.
