The NGP GAP90DKB-84 is a UL-certified fire door head and jamb solution designed to correct excessive clearances on 60- and 90-minute fire doors with gaps up to 3/8", and 20- to 45-minute doors with gaps up to 9/16". This 84-inch dark bronze aluminum kit includes high-performance components like the 9945 intumescent seal, 9400B housing, and 5075B silicone bulb to ensure a smoke-tight seal that complies with NFPA 80, IBC, and UL10C positive pressure standards. Engineered for commercial hollow metal and wood fire doors with frame stops under 1-3/8" wide, this non-handed solution provides a cost-effective way to bring non-compliant fire doors back into safety code without the need for total door replacement.
