The Sargent 12-8715-F-ETB-84 is a fire-rated surface vertical rod exit device built for reliable egress on commercial openings up to 84 inches in height and 33 to 36 inches in width. Configured with passage function and the ETB (ET trim with B lever) control, it allows free operation from both sides, making it ideal for high-traffic corridors and fire door assemblies that require constant access. As a fire-rated device, it ships less dogging to meet code requirements. Functional Details
The passage (exit only / non-locking) function allows the door to be opened freely from either side by depressing the push bar or operating the lever trim. There is no locking of the outside trim, providing unrestricted passage in both directions.

Arm Type Details
