The Sargent 12-8715-F-ETJ-96 is a fire-rated surface vertical rod exit device engineered for demanding commercial openings. Built for doors 33 to 36 inches wide and up to 96 inches tall, it pairs reliable panic egress with passage function, allowing free operation from both sides when the latch is retracted. Functional Details
The passage function keeps the exit device unlocked for continuous two-way traffic. The outside lever always retracts the latch, and panic hardware on the push side provides immediate egress at any time.

Arm Type Details
