Functional Details

No Cylinder. 73 Function: Electrified ET Trim - Fail Safe. Power off unlocks the lever; no cylinder is included.

The fail safe function keeps the outside trim locked while energized and releases it when power is interrupted, allowing entry during an emergency or power failure. Egress is always available from the inside through the exit device push bar.

• Fail Safe (12): Outside trim is unlocked when power is removed.
• Key outside unlocks/locks outside trim or retracts latch bolt.
• Free egress at all times from the inside.

Arm Type Details
