Functional Details

No Cylinder. 73 Function: Electrified ET Trim - Fail Safe. Power off unlocks the lever; no cylinder is included.

The fail safe electrified function controls the outside trim through applied power. When energized, the outside lever is locked and requires a credential or key; when power is interrupted, the trim releases to allow free entry, supporting fire and emergency egress requirements. Free egress from the inside is always available through the push bar regardless of power status.
