The 8773 configuration is an electric latch retraction and electrified trim device operating in a fail safe mode. When voltage is applied, the outside lever is locked; when power is interrupted, the lever becomes active, allowing free entry during a power loss or emergency condition. Free egress from the inside is always available via the push pad.

Arm Type Details
