Functional Details
No Cylinder. 73 Function: Electrified ET Trim - Fail Safe. Power off unlocks the lever; no cylinder is included.
The fail safe electric latch retraction and trim control allows the device to unlock automatically during a power interruption, ensuring occupants can exit and enter freely. When energized, the outside lever trim remains secured, and when de-energized, the trim is released for free passage, making it ideal for stairwells and controlled access points.

- 12- prefix designates 24V DC electrified operation.

Included Components
