Functional Details

The storeroom function provides secure control of the opening while allowing free egress at all times. The latch is retracted by the key or by operating the inside push rail, but the outside lever remains locked regardless of key position.

Arm Type Details

This is a surface-mounted vertical rod exit device. Top and bottom latches engage strikes at the head and sill of the frame, distributing holding force along the full height of the door for added security on taller openings.
