The Sargent 12-NB-8774-F-96-24V-US32D is a Grade 1 NB8700 top-latching surface vertical rod exit device, less bottom rod for 33 to 36-inch door widths and 96-inch door height. This 12- configuration is fire-rated. This SKU is supplied less outside trim for the specified exit-only configuration.

  • Less dogging for the fire-rated configuration.
  • Thermal pin supplied with the 12-NB configuration.

The specified 74 function denotes Fail Secure electrified ET trim operation at 24VDC: power off locks the outside lever when the applicable trim is installed. This item is supplied less trim; no exterior lever trim or cylinder is included. The function description does not mean that electrified outside trim is furnished with this SKU.
