Description
The Sargent 281-UH-DA-TB is a PowerGlide Door Closer, with a Delayed Action, a Universal Arm With Hold Open, is Commercial Grade Heavy Duty, and is a Surface Mounted Door Closer. The 281 UH DA TB Closer Features Universal hold open arm package provides brackets and arms to install closer in top jamb, standard, or parallel applications and comes with thru bolts. Certified ANSI/BHMA A156.4 Grade 1, Heavy-duty.

- Adjustable spring power allows 281 closers a size range of 1 through 6. They are adjusted to size 3 before leaving the factory
- One door closer body for all applications, non-handed
- ADA requirements are met with the 281 models at all applications (except track)
- Standard pressure relief valves for both opening and closing cycles protect the closer seals and all hardware from excessive force
- Heavy duty mounting bracket for easy installation of full-size iron closer
