Functional Details

The classroom (E) function allows free egress at all times through the push rail. The outside lever is controlled by a key, so authorized users can retract the latch for entry while the door remains securely latched when locked.

Arm Type Details

This is a surface vertical rod configuration, with exposed rods running along the door face to top and bottom latch points. When the push rail is depressed, both the top and bottom latchbolts retract simultaneously to release the door for immediate egress.
