Functional Details

The classroom function (37) lets an instructor secure the door from the corridor side using a key, while occupants can always exit freely. The Request to Exit switch reports lever activity back to the access control panel.

• Classroom Function: Latch bolt operated by lever inside or key outside. Outside lever locked and unlocked by key. When outside lever is locked, latch bolt operated by inside lever or by key outside. Inside lever always active for immediate egress.
