The Sargent 70-RX-10XG05-LB-12V is a Grade 1 cylindrical lock built for entrance or office applications where controlled access and monitored egress matter. This lockset pairs the durable 10X Line chassis with a request-to-exit (RX) switch, allowing the door to signal an access control system whenever the inside lever is used. It features the LB trim design, combining the L rose with the B lever, and comes furnished less core to accept a small format interchangeable core (SFIC) of your choosing. With a standard 2-3/4" backset and 4-7/8" strike, it's a dependable choice for commercial doors requiring reliable, high-cycle performance.

Functional Details
The Entrance or Office function (G05) allows the outside lever to be locked or unlocked by key, while the request-to-exit switch reports lever activation on the inside to a connected access control system for monitored egress.
- Latchbolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked by key.
- When outside lever is locked, latchbolt is retracted by key outside or by rotating inside lever.
- Auxiliary latch deadlocks latchbolt when door is closed.

This lock is furnished less core and requires a compatible Sargent small format interchangeable core to complete the assembly.
