Functional Details

The Entrance or Office function (G05) allows the door to be locked or unlocked from the outside by key, while the inside lever always retains free egress. The Request to Exit feature adds an internal switch that reports lever movement, giving access control systems a signal when the door is used from the secure side.

• Latchbolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked by key.
• Outside lever locked and unlocked by key.
• Rotating inside lever, closing the door, or turning the key releases button and unlocks outside lever.
