Functional Details

The passage (F) function means the exit device never latches, so the door can be pushed or pulled freely from either side while the pad retracts the top latch on every operation. The included ET/J lever trim allows the latch to be retracted from the outside without any locking.

Arm Type Details

As a less bottom rod configuration, this device operates only the top vertical rod and latch, eliminating the lower rod assembly and strike. This keeps the base of the door clear and reduces wear points while still securing the top of the opening.
