Functional Details

The Entrance or Office function (10G05) allows the outside lever to be locked or unlocked using a key. When locked, entry requires a key, but the inside lever always retains free egress. The integrated Request-to-Exit switch monitors interior lever use and communicates that activity to connected security or access control equipment.

• Latchbolt operated by lever from either side except when outside lever is locked by key.
• When locked, latchbolt is operated by key outside or by rotating inside lever.
