Functional Details
The ND40S privacy function allows the inside lever to be locked by push button for temporary privacy. The outside lever remains locked until emergency release is performed from the outside, and the inside lever always provides immediate egress. Closing the door does not automatically relock the outside lever unless the button is pressed again.
