Functional Details
The ND40S privacy function is operated by a push button on the inside rose. Pressing the button locks the outside lever, and closing the door keeps the outside lever locked. The inside lever always opens the door and releases the button automatically. Emergency entrance from the outside is possible with the appropriate privacy release.
