The Townsteel TRX-L-80-630 Ligature Resistant Cylindrical Lever Lockset Communicating Function Satin Stainless Steel Finish 630 Keyed, The TRX-L-80 Has a Double Cylinders, Clutched Levers, Grade 1 Cylindrical Anti Ligature Lockset, Schlage C keyway Standard, 2 3/4" or 5" backsets. Townsteel TRX Locks Outside Clutching Lever Protects Lock Against Abuse. For Use In Institutions, Behavioral Health/Psychiatric Care Units, and Detention Facilities.
Communicating Lock function is defined as a lock where the deadlocking latch bolt is operated by the lever from either side. The turn button or locking device on either side locks or unlocks the opposite lever. Do not use this function on doors in rooms that have no other entrance.
