The Corbin Russwin ML20906-LL-626-SEC-M105 is a fail-secure electrified mortise lock designed with an outside grip that locks when de-energized. It features an outside cylinder override and security monitoring, supplied without a cylinder. This lever-by-lever lock body is field reversible, meets Grade 1 standards, and comes in a US26D satin chrome finish.

M105 - Security Monitor
Security Monitor is two switches in series that monitors lock status (locked or unlocked) and Auxiliary Latch position.
Note: Monitoring options may only be ordered together as follows: M91xM92, M92xM105. Recommended for fail safe applications that require monitoring of the secure side when lock loses power.
