Rixson H117-3/4-LTP center hung pivot system engineered for heavy-duty commercial applications on doors 2 inches or thicker, supporting loads up to 1000 lbs. and door dimensions up to 4'0" x 8'6". Features sealed bearings for weather and debris protection, with the pivot point consistently positioned 2-3/4 inches from the door edge. Includes mortised bottom pivot and end load arm; standard top pivot H340 sold separately. Non-handed design accommodates both interior and exterior installations. Constructed from brass or bronze with wood and machine screws included. Extended spindles available in 1/2-inch increments. Backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
