The Sargent 12-8888-E Reversible Fire Rated Rim Exit Device is a 24-32" Bar, Multi-Function, Grade One Surface Mounted Fire Rated Panic Bar. The Sargent 8888 Is Non-Handed Seven Functions Determined By The Function Of The Trim.

704 - Night Latch Function, Key Retracts Latch (accepts a Sargent #34 Cylinder)
710 - Dummy Trim: No outside operation (No Cylinder)
713 - Classroom: Key Outside Unlocks/locks Trim (accepts a Sargent #41 Cylinder)
