Functional Details

This 24V DC electrified ET trim operates in fail secure mode. With power removed, the outside lever is locked. Applying power unlocks the outside lever. When unlocked, turning the outside lever retracts the mortise latch. Operating the inside push rail permits egress regardless of the electrical state of the trim.
