The Sargent 12-NB-8710-E-96 is a 32" Fire Rated (12) Less Bottom Rod (NB) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device that is Exit Only (No outside operation); the NB-8710-96 has a 96" Dr Height,  high single point top latching, for  24"-32" door widths, rail (E comes 32" can can be cut down to 24") and comes In US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
