The Sargent 12-NB-8710-F Fire Rated (12) Less Bottom Rod (NB) Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device is Exit Only (no outside operation). The NB-8710-84 is for an 84" Door Height, single-point top latching, 33"-36" door widths, and rail (F 36" can be cut down to 32" length). It comes in US32D/630 Satin Stainless Steel And US10B/613 Oil-Rubbed Bronze Finish options.
